Melissa Wagner, Business Development Director at hVIVO, will be making two poster presentations at the PCR for Molecular Medicine event, part of the larger Molecular Med Tri-Con conference in San Francisco, USA, 7 – 9 March 2016.

With a 23 year history, this year’s expanded coverage includes additional programs on Molecular Diagnostics for Infectious Disease, Precision Medicine and Cancer Immunotherapy, as well as two new symposia on Companion Diagnostics and the Commercialization of Molecular Diagnostics. For those working in diagnostics and drug discovery, this is a must-attend event of the year.

Attracting over 3,300 drug discovery and development professionals from over 40 countries in 2015, the Tri-Conference has grown into a diverse event, focusing on Molecular Medicine, specifically on Discovery, Genomics, Diagnostics and Information Technology. In 2016, delegates can hear from over 500 speakers and choose from over 400 presentations and panel discussions.

Melissa will present two hVIVO posters, which will be viewable from Monday 7th March, titled; “Measurement of intracellular replicative strand in Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infected human volunteers” and “Use of allele specific RT-qPCR to measure the differential infectivity of HA variants in human infection models using A/Wisconsin/67/2005″.

Commenting on the imminent Molecular Med Tri-Con conference Melissa said: “This event is a comprehensive one for anyone associated with molecular medicine. As well as attending some of the presentations and panel discussions, I am looking forward to presenting two posters illustrating key aspects of hVIVO’s pioneering work in laboratory services.”
