hLAB provides a broad portfolio of serological and infectivity assays for a range of target pathogens. All our assays are optimised for both data integrity and throughput. hLAB process and analysis:

Serological Assays:

• Determination of antibody titres, Coronavirus alpha and beta (OC43, 229E, SARS-CoV2), RSV A & B and FLU (H3N2 & H1N1) viruses, bespoke target virus and proteins
• Hemagglutination inhibition assays, Foci reduction neutralisation assays (FRNA), Plaque reduction neutralisation tests (PRNT), microneutralisation assay (MNA), ELISA for IgG, IgM & IgA

Infectivity Assays:

• Identification and quantification of infections virus present in samples
• Plaque forming or 50% tissue culture infectious dose (TCID₅₀) assay
